Her experience in marketing means she knows how important every step of the marketing process is, and how effective marketing can make a big difference to the overall success and longevity of a business and brand.
Starting her career as a sales representative at Johnson & Johnson, Susan progressed to marketing positions within the company before working for Reckitt Benckiser, Thomas Cook and Pfizer, where as Marketing Director, she successfully established an entire new product category, providing a large incremental revenue stream for the company.
